Naturally Reduce Stress with myAir Stress Relief Bars

By: Dominica Morris

If you’ve been following me on social media, you know that I’ve been taking somewhat of a break lately. I seem to fall into the same pattern where I overwork myself, then crash, and then need to recharge. Thanks to my regular meditation practice and me working on being more attuned with myself I’ve been able to stop myself before doing it again. It’s been great being able to recharge and care for myself. During my break, I was contacted by the lovely people from myAir to try their stress relief bars. This couldn’t have come at a better time and if you’ve been following me for a while now, you know how much I love finding different ways to relieve stress. I’m so excited that this opportunity came my way because these bars are truly awesome.

What are myAir Stress Relief Bars?

myAir stress relief bars are made with dates, cashews, hazelnuts, sunflower seeds, and super plants and use Adaptogens from various herbs and plants that have been scientifically proven to reduce stress. According to myAir, Adaptogens are herbal medicinal components that are known to help our bodies build resilience when we deal with physical and emotional stress.

What I Love About myAir Stress Relief Bars

Not only do these bars taste delicious and reduce stress, but each bar uses a scientifically proven method that is specifically made to target how we present stress. The makers of myAir know that each person exhibits stress differently. From fidgeting to insomnia, irritability, to brain fog, stress and anxiety can manifest differently in each individual. This is why you can’t buy the bars until you take a short quiz that helps you figure out which bars will be the perfect match for you and your stress symptoms. For me, stress presents itself as me being restless and irritable, which is why I was matched with the Calm Green and the Comfortable Blue bars which were the perfect fit.

Calm Green and Comfortable Blue help with boosting your overall mood and relieve anxiety and stress which is perfect for me and how I exhibit my stress symptoms. I’ve been eating them for a while now and have noticed an overall improvement in my mood and am a lot more relaxed. I of course pair eating them with my meditation practice, healthy eating, deep breathing, and other stress-reducing techniques.

My OVerall Experience
